Unlike many standard grooming salons, our grooming is carried out by an experienced team overseen by trained veterinary professionals at their aid if needed. That means your pet is in expert hands — especially if they’re a little anxious or have specific health needs.

- Flea and tick rinse treatments
- Nail clipping and ear cleaning
- De-shedding for double-coated breeds
And because we’re a veterinary hospital, we can offer sedation or anaesthesia when required — ideal for pets who are particularly nervous or struggle to tolerate grooming safely.

Some pets need a little extra care to help them feel safe — and our team of groomers are experienced in handling sensitive dogs and cats. We take the time to work at your pet’s pace, with a focus on gentle handling and a calm environment.
Our facilities are clean, quiet and fully equipped for even the most complex coats or grooming challenges. For cats or dogs who become highly distressed, we offer sedation under veterinary supervision — a safe option not available at regular grooming salons.

Grooming is available by appointment at our Bundaberg, Bargara and Gin Gin locations. While we don’t currently offer set grooming packages, our team will happily guide you through the options that best suit your pet’s breed, coat type and temperament.
